Primo is a Mexican restaurant in Palma with a Mexican-Californian street-food spirit: tacos and burritos to share, a signature cocktail bar and a long list of tequilas and mezcals. A relaxed, urban atmosphere for every age, where nobody gives you a funny look for raising your voice.
We’re at Calle Fàbrica 29, right in Santa Catalina, the neighbourhood where Palma goes out for dinner. And before you leave, leave your mark on our walls: everyone does.

The tacos people cross Palma for
Seven tacos on the menu and the same old argument: chicken al pastor, roast beef, baja fish, prawns or pulled pork. Order them in twos or threes, put them in the middle and may the fastest win.
And if you come properly hungry, there’s something here you won’t find elsewhere: five burritos, four burgers and La Mano del Diablo to start. Or the XXL Burrito Challenge, ordered at the top of your voice and finished in silence.
Proper Mexican-Californian: corvina aguachile, tinga croquettes with chipotle, chicharrones with guacamole and a devil’s salsa that warns you before it bites.

Six signature cocktails with names of their own —Buen Pirata, Artista Libre, Llave del Viaje, Mezcálico— and seven margaritas, from the classic to mezcal, spicy or a jug for the whole table. Behind them, a shelf of tequilas and mezcals that runs from Ojo de Tigre to Clase Azul Reposado, by way of 7 Misterios, Montelobos and Unión Ensamble.
